A fine discovery, this frank, fresh blanc de blancs opens with aromas of pear yoghurt, fine notes of white flowers and a fresh zesty edge. On the palate, the wine is ripe, intense and expressive. Generous and round, but without sugar. Good length, with fine minerality. We'd love to discover champagnes like this every day.
