Champagne Apollonis has been owned by the Loriot family since 1675, and has been run by Michel since 1977. A winegrower in Festigny and a miller's virtuoso, he combines his love of music with his vocation for champagne. To intensify the natural vibrations of his terroir, his vines and his passion, Michel Loriot uses sound and music both in the 7-hectare vineyard in the Flagot valley and in the cellar.
