A blend of Petit Meslier, Arbane and Pinot Blanc, this champagne is made from rare grape varieties. The nose is rather reserved, fine and seductive, with notes of resin, violet, white fruit and a touch of nutty brownie. On the palate, the volume is quite impressive, with a touch of mouth-filling, but the finish is chalky and very long. Pair with salmon ceviche, granny smith apple, pomegranate and walnuts.
