Gault&Millau's review
92/100
Limited to 1,500 bottles, this wine is 70% Chardonnay, a minority grape variety on the Montagne de Reims (hence the name of this cuvée), topped up with Pinot Noir, all from the estate's best vats and aged in new oak. The bubbles are chiselled and the nose is fresh. The palate is charmed by the wine's delicacy and finesse, with a pleasant, salivating bitterness. A Bouzy out of the ordinary to enjoy with stuffed veal breast.
