A very expressive nose with a lovely bouquet of wild berries, pepper and orange zest. On the palate, the wine is elegant and racy. The fruity aromas are always present, and follow us from start to finish, accompanied by floral notes. The length is unending and captivating.

Château Sirio is a family vineyard acquired in 2015 by a Franco-Irish couple, Fabrice and Emer. The estate covers 18 hectares in a single block, 12 of which are AOP Graves. For the moment, only two-thirds are in production, with 6 hectares of red and 3 of white. The vines are grown with respect for the environment and biodiversity. Since 2023, the estate has held the Bee Friendly label, a commitment to the protection of pollinating insects.
