Gault&Millau's review
Corinne Moutard, granddaughter of Paul, who founded the estate in the 19th century, has been vinifying her own harvests since 1985, and marketing her own label since 1998. Today, Corinne Moutard works with her own children. The estate is located in the village of Polisy, on the Côte des Bar. The cuvées exploit the different grape varieties of the appellation, including the all-too-rare Pinot Blanc, either as a blend or as a single variety. The range includes eight different cuvées. The domaine is open by appointment and offers an online boutique. The "Découverte" cardboard box gives you an introduction to the estate's different cuvées, which is also all too rare.
