Gault&Millau's review
Located in the heart of the Saint-Thierry massif, north of Reims, the estate was created in 1904. Patrick and his son Vincent currently manage the estate. The subsoil is predominantly limestone, sandy (Thanétien) and silty, and the soils are well-drained and grassed. Vincent Cuillier, a young winemaker, prides himself on agroforestry and living agriculture. In 2020, he launched two parcel-based cuvées under his own name, while the in-house range features six cuvées. The estate offers a wide range of wine tourism workshops, including guided tours, bottle-sabering courses, educational winegrower days and hot-air balloon tours.
