Superb gold color and fine, lively bubbles for this 2010 with a beautifully complex nose: first aromas of toast, pastry and hazelnut, then notes of ripe white fruit and finally, the delicate, sprinkled notes of white flowers. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and delicate, with no exaggeration or exuberance. Another fine wine from this benchmark house, to be enjoyed with a line-caught sea bass.
