The nose is complex. The wine is thought-provoking, with its smoky perfume and hints of coffee. On the palate, we're playing on a velvet carpet with a very seductive structure. You can feel that everything is in place. The finish is long, with hints of garrigue to accentuate the expression of the southern terroir.

The estate has only been producing its own wines since 1996. Before that, the grapes were delivered to the cooperative. Progress has been steady, and the 60 hectares of vines are currently being converted to organic farming. Today, the estate is experimenting with agroforestry. Come and meet Cédric Gravier and talk to him about all the challenges facing such an estate. It's really exciting!
