Right from the nose, there's a magnificent complexity, sailing between lemon, sweet spices, dried apricot, beeswax and clumps of butter. The palate is invigorating, with intense, refreshing tension. The bubbles are very fine and light. One senses that time has begun to take its toll. A very pleasant cuvée that should be opened and enjoyed without delay.
