The nose develops notes of wood, candied lemon, thyme and cocoa. On the palate, the attack is greedy and fruity, then the notes of barrel ageing reveal themselves between vanilla and chocolate sensation. The whole is in perfect osmosis, none of them taking over the other, the wood perfectly accompanying the rest of the aromas. Remarkably smooth, this is a great success.
