A full-bodied champagne, as the winemaker calls it. Produced from ripe reserve wines, its aromas are immediately apparent on the nose. The palate is rich, well-balanced and powerful, and the whole is very caressing, refreshing and salivating. The absence of dosage sublimates the terroir and the grape variety. A wine rooted in its terroir, to be shared as an aperitif.
