Beneath its beautiful, deep onion-peel color lies a 100% pinot noir cuvée which, although marked brut, is only blended at 4 g/l. It reveals a nose of ripe red fruit (wild strawberries, redcurrants). The palate is appetizing, saline and well-balanced, with the same fruit and hints of peony and citrus, giving it freshness and distinction. Enjoy with raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant macaroons.
