A blend of everything that's best in the house, this cuvée celebrates the 70th anniversary of the estate's creation. The finest parcels of chardonnay (the majority), pinot meunier and pinot noir from the 2009 harvest are complemented by 20% reserve wines. With its fine mousse, chiselled bubbles, nose of candied citrus fruit and juicy chalk, and meticulous dosage, this cuvée is marked by a very expressive palate, with superb mineral chewiness and a hint of exotic yellow fruit (mango, pineapple). A champagne at the peak of its maturity, whose freshness balances power and vinosity. To be enjoyed on its own, for a special occasion.
