This cuvée is a rare combination of evolution, freshness and finesse. On opening, the nose opens with notes of spices, dried exotic fruit and fresh brioche. From the outset, freshness is preserved intact. On the palate, the exotic, spicy notes are carried airily by the millimeter-perfect bubbles. The long, clean, lively finish completes this sensation of freshness. Superb today, this champagne is the perfect accompaniment to the finest dishes, such as snacked scallops with Kampot green pepper.
