Intense mousse, formed by fine, lively bubbles, tops a deep gold color with youthful green highlights. The nose is complex, with aromas of brioche, lemon cake, yellow peach, graphite and medlar. Freshness and finesse on the palate betray a good presence of chardonnay. The attack is nevertheless vinous, then refines towards a powdery, mineral finish. A champagne for any meal, ideal with cold fish in virgin sauce.
