A magisterial cuvée of 6 grape varieties: the 3 classics, plus the smaller meslier, pinot blanc and arbanne, all planted on a plot of land. A goldsmith's work, aged in barrels and corked. The result is prodigious, complex without ostentatious display, with a delicate but above all saline and juicy fruitiness. The ultra-fine bubbles sublimate the whole for a delightful delicacy. Why not serve with sweetbreads?
