Red apple, ripe pear, watermelon and pastry notes intermingle in a very elegant, round and charming bouquet. On aeration, floral scents of lily of the valley and lime blossom emerge. The palate opens with a delicate attack, a straightforward texture and a lovely minerality. Notes of melon, watermelon and white fruit follow, before a lightly spicy finish with saline, almost iodized, salivating notes.
