Bakery Retro-modern bakery, with an old-fashioned look and a respect for tradition: organic flour from ancient wheats, natural sourdough bread, and an amusing slogan: "Neither baguette nor croissant, you deserve better". The bread is made from these noble yet rustic wheats: einkorn (small spelt), kamut, petanielle. The oil pumps are tasty, as are the babkas and special preparations: brioche with zaatar, hallah with sourdough, "pavognon" with poppy and onion.
