Chocolate factory A pretty store, an institution on the town's central square, where four generations have succeeded one another. The decor is meticulous, and the pastries are presented with art and gourmandise, but it's the taste that really counts in each creation. Popular classics include Damier cookie amande ganache chocolat, l'Arboisien, l'Échiquier and l'Ambassadeur au kirsch.
