Winemaker A former INAO inspector, Pascal Clairet, assisted by his wife Évelyne, acquired Domaine de la Tournelle in 1991. This estate is one of those that claim to be a natural, sulfur-free wine. Their vines, certified organic since 2010, cover 7.40 ha. And last but not least, the Bistrot de la Tournelle, adjacent to the estate, where in summer the Clairets offer tastings of their bottles and other wines over a fine plate of food. Pascal sadly passed away in May 2021.
