Wine merchant One of the region's leading wineries, for over twenty years it has been promoting the local vineyards with the most prestigious names in saumur, chinon and bourgueil. Behind the store's dapper red front, more than 1,000 references in the cellar, a sharp eye on the most renowned terroirs, right up to world wines, and spirits. From organic and good, like "Les Champs Girards" from Domaine des Frogères, to biodynamic, like Guillaume Reynouard's "Bagatelle" cuvée from Manoir de la Tête Rouge, there's a lot to answer for in local bottles. Just next door, on the corner of Place de la République, the wine bar offers tasting opportunities, accompanied by charcuterie, cheese and smoked fish.
