Ulule campaign: Leriche de saveurs in Paris - Gault&Millau endowment for Young Talents : Île-de-France 2021

Ulule campaign: Leriche de saveurs in Paris - Gault&Millau endowment for Young Talents : Île-de-France 2021

11/5/21, 10:00 AM

In early 2022, chef Jean-Rony Leriche will open his first restaurant in Paris.

The proud recipient of the Gault & Millau Jeunes Talents 2021 award has made it his mission to promote highly refined Caribbean cuisine. Connected to his community, he invites former and future customers to reserve their gastronomic experience at Leriche de saveurs Paris via a well-launched Ulule campaign.

The chef has devised win-win offers for gourmets wishing to accompany him on his Parisian adventure. Contributors can choose the experience that appeals to them and treat themselves to a gourmet box with the chef's book (from €25), a brunch menu (€49), discovery menus in 4 or 7 courses (from €69 to €99), a culinary workshop with book + cooking kit (€149) and much more. With a small budget or a larger stake, chef Leriche's loyal customers, gourmets who follow his work from afar and those who are just discovering him will all be able to make their contribution. The story is a beautiful one: this new address already belongs in some way to all Caribbean people who wish to experience or offer a beautiful voyage to their distant lands. Where will it be located? So far, the 14th and 15th arrondissements are making eyes at him. Verdict imminent. On the decorating front, he has enlisted the services of a young interior designer from Martinique: Gabriela Flechon. He's already taken a liking to the initial plans. The resolutely Creole atmosphere of the prestigious houses of yesteryear is there. Wood, wicker... The journey to the Caribbean begins before the service begins. What a promise! The chef is impatient. In the team: Rony-Fred Gildard, awarded the 2019 Gault & Millau prize for hospitality. A sure bet, while Christine Leriche, the chef's wife, is training as a chef de rang to work alongside him. Chef Leriche is also planning to welcome young people from the Lycées Hôteliers in Guadeloupe and Martinique, as well as young people on integration schemes, following the example of chef Thierry Marx. It's an initiative close to his heart.
