Gault&Millau Young Talents Evening
On June 22 at 7pm, in the majestic Opéra lounge of the Inter Continental Paris-Le Grand hotel, 5 young G&M talents will be cooking up a gala evening!
The evening will be punctuated by a 5-act dinner featuring 5 chefs, winners of the Gault&Millau Endowment for Young Talent, which helps, supports and accompanies 12 high-potential young chefs each year who want to open their own restaurant.

Under the direction of Laurent André, Executive Chef of the Intercontinental Paris Le Grand, these five chefs (Nicolas Bottero, Cyril Choisne, Sylvain Devaux, Arnaud Morel and Santiago Torrijos) have each imagined one of the 5 dishes on the proposed menu. The evening will begin with a cocktail reception, a concert and a meeting with various producers whom the chefs have chosen to highlight.
