Exceptional Restaurant From the start of the season, and until he can reopen on the heights of La Leutaz, Emmanuel Renaut is in residence in what was his first megévanne home, and then his mountain bistro. Admirers of his work, including ourselves, will find a five-toque kitchen, "even more advanced", he assures us, in a more intimate space where each guest will be pampered as never before. Connoisseurs will be treated to a unique, but flexible, menu, and we've already got our napkins around our necks and knives in our hands for his forthcoming interpretations of féra, coq de bruyère and chamois. The five toques on this year's Flocons de Sel menu will of course be maintained.
