Chef's Restaurant Nathalie and Vincent Prémorvan have rapidly achieved a well-deserved reputation in their pretty blue house on the outskirts of Paris. The chef can afford to capitalize by counting on a passing clientele legitimately attracted by these masterful dishes based on excellent, noble products. However, the menu is limited to three courses (not including, of course, appetizers, canapés and desserts), making up the two evening menus at €82 and €105. Of course, the two toques are brilliantly assured on these creations, the lobster pomme de terre céleri asperges verte, turbot and lamb fillet, with seasonal vegetables from local production, preferably organic. Good choice of desserts, with declensions on pineapple or rhubarb, or savarin.
