Chef's Restaurant Le Suprême, a bistronomic Sunday table just a stone's throw from the Garibaldi metro station. Here, Grégory Stawowy and Yun Young Lee sublimate poultry. The lunchtime menu (starter-main course-dessert) is available at the unbeatable price of €30, allowing you to discover the chefs' simple, gourmet menu. The house specialty, the springtime version of the gâteau de foies blonds, is accompanied by a shy but delicious bacon emulsion, and is combined with peas, orange and sage to give this lovely starter a long finish. For the main course, it's hard to miss a plate that bears the name of the brand. The poultry supreme is perfectly cooked, and its seasonal garnish (new potatoes, turnips, spring onions and sucrine compote) is delicious. For dessert, a generous banana frosted with rum, salted butter caramel ice cream and peanut crumble rounds off the meal. Some fine cellar labels to go with it.
