A pure, corked Pinot Noir from Aÿ that delights us. The nose is superb, at once elegant with fine notes of red fruit and remarkably clean. The palate is delicious, offering roundness and delicacy, while preserving a frank mineral length. The slightly higher dosage will not prevent this wine from being served at the table with a noble fish such as turbot.
