A pure pinot meunier from the village of Troissy, this Terre Mère has a lovely peachy color. The nose is enchanting with perfectly ripe white fruit, but not too ripe. Pear and nectarine come through like essences, all in finesse. The palate is delicate, perfectly fruity and sapid. A delicious champagne from every point of view.
