The nose is superb, both complex and fresh, with aromas of lemon and stewed rhubarb, followed by secondary notes of toast, honey and pastries, reflecting the wine's evolution. On the palate, toasty and fruity flavors combine perfectly, giving way to a fine, almost tannic structure that makes this a gastronomic wine to pair with white meats or, more simply, with chanterelle mushrooms. A highly successful cuvée.
