In the glass, this 2008 gives a surprisingly youthful impression. Visually, it's a sparkling pink. The nose reveals notes of honey, orange blossom, rose, raspberry and toast. A real breakfast in the glass. On the contrary, a sharp, salivating acidity chisels away at our taste buds. Hints of undergrowth, almond and cocoa remind us that it has bottle age. We can still imagine leaving it in the cellar for several years.
