Lovely floral nose, rich, ripe and complex, with white flowers. The saline, iodized palate develops sapid bitters and is caressingly textured, with chiselled bubbles caressing the palate. Notes of sweet spices (turmeric, white pepper) complete the aromatic palette of this champagne, which is more about finesse and subtlety than power. Enjoy it on its own as an aperitif with cubes of old Comté cheese.
