The topaz color with coppery highlights reveals a sustained effervescence. The bubbles are fine and constant, carried by a creamy, persistent mousse. The bouquet features raspberry, cherry, blackberry, red fruit tart and Tagada strawberry. On the palate, there are clear flavors of crunchy red fruit, and the gourmet pleasure is confirmed. This end-of-meal champagne is perfect with morello cherry tart and raspberry jelly.
