Gault&Millau's review
2021
92/100
This elegant cuvée, dressed in black, comes from a pure Pinot Noir solera in which wines from different years are aged together in the same vat. The nose is marked by dried fruit, pastry and undergrowth notes on a background of yellow fruit. On the palate, the wine is ripe, full-bodied and generous, but retains good freshness on the finish, with flavors of granny smith. A fine champagne for the table, to be enjoyed with white meats such as veal.
