The freshness of the first snow in the mountains, tender and delicate. Aromas of white fruit (crunchy pear, peach) and quetsche, evolving towards red fruit. The palate is particularly intense, as taut as an ice cube. The bubbles are quickly forgotten, and all that remains is this intense icy sensation, like a mint sorbet. The chalky mouthfeel is pleasant and the finish refreshing and salivating with its little bitters.
