Another perfectly successful vintage for the house. This 2012 has a brilliant gold color and a superbly complex nose. Everything's there: white fruit, candied fruit, toasty notes and mineral freshness. On the palate, it's a champagne of lively bubbles, assertive fullness and luscious honeyed notes. A very fine 2012, which we now feel is well open and should be served with shellfish such as lobster.
