A trip to the fairground, with flavors of marshmallow, candied fruit and pomme d'amour. The fresher, crunchier aromas of pear and quetsche come only later, as if to soothe the initial indulgence. The complexity doesn't stop there, with more evolved aromas of sweet toast and orange tartlet. The palate is remarkably fresh and not at all aged. There are salivating notes of citrus juice (blood orange, citron), incredibly fine bubbles and a juicy, intense body with natural elegance. The finish echoes the sensation of orange juice on the lips, like an invitation for more. A luminous wine!
