Under a pretty, delicately orange color, a sensation of cold smoke and charcoal opens a rather mysterious nose, which evolves towards aromas of blood orange, crushed strawberry and sweet spices (turmeric, coriander, pepper). The palate is very fresh, with a little salivating bitterness, notes of orange peel and a very sapid finish, underlined by mischievous little bubbles. A highly digestible wine that's a joy to drink.
