The nose takes us on a stroll among the rocks in Brittany, trying to find shells and crabs in the crevices. It's not necessarily sunny, but the sea spray brings its dose of salinity and freshness. Ripe fruit is not absent from this seascape, bringing the missing ray of sunshine and warming the bouquet of acacia flower scents. Beneath the creamy bubbles, the material has retained its freshness and power, and the oceanic side becomes subliminal in a texture of spidery finesse. This wine exudes both fragility and stability. A champagne that offers a beautiful light, even if a few small clouds occasionally darken the landscape.
