A lovely woodiness opens the nose, which quickly evolves into sunnier lands with aromas of white-fleshed fruit (pear, quince), orange blossom and vine peach. Notes of candied orange peel and sweet spices add volume. The delicate palate is underscored by very fine bubbles, which add texture to a satiny body where woodiness adds a buttery edge. Just elegance before a slightly chalky, very salivating finish.
