What a lovely golden color with coppery highlights! The first nose is very demonstrative, with petroleum and empyreumatic notes, followed by licorice and baked yellow fruit. On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh, marked by the aromas felt on the nose, followed by acidulous notes. The long finish features candied citrus peel, iodine and licorice. Try with blue lobster cooked in a liquorice broth with fresh citrus zest.
