Bread crust, hazelnut cookie, toasted almond: the nose is all roundness and ripeness, with an underlying fruity freshness reminiscent of white-fleshed fruit. This dynamic freshness is echoed in a very elegant body, with a framework chiselled by delicately lemony notes and bubbles that contribute to a creamy texture. The minerality and salinity of the finish are marvelous, making you salivate like umami champenois and eager to come back for more.
