A lovely light salmon color for this very elegant rosé in a white glass bottle. This elegance is echoed on the nose, with distinguished notes of yellow fruit, redcurrant and cherry. The palate is well-balanced and already wide open, with the added bonus of fine Champagne bitters and a sapid, persistent finish. Fillets of red mullet should enhance this wine at the table.
