Emmanuel Renaut opens a temporary table in Megève

Emmanuel Renaut opens a temporary table in Megève

Mathilde Bourge | 10/21/24, 5:11 PM

While the Flocons de Sel restaurant undergoes refurbishment, Emmanuel Renaut opens a temporary table to continue delighting gourmets. Here's what the chef will be offering, starting in December.

This winter, lovers of fine dining will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique culinary experience in Megève. During the renovation of the famous Flocons de Sel hotel (5 toques), Emmanuel Renaut will be offering an exceptional temporary table: La Table d'Emmanuel Renaut. Located in the heart of Flocons Village, this temporary address will offer guests an intimate immersion in the culinary universe of this emblematic chef.

A 7-step menu

Starting in December and continuing throughout the winter, Emmanuel Renaut will offer a 7-course menu, a veritable "culinary collection". Each dish will embody the essence of his cuisine, in perfect symbiosis with the Alpine terroir that has inspired him for years. Guests will have the opportunity to sample creations where wild plants and mountain produce meet with finesse and boldness. The chef, who regularly hikes the peaks and trails of the region, draws his inspiration from the surrounding nature, making the mountains the heart of his gastronomic approach.

The experience will be offered from Thursday to Monday, in the evenings only, for an exceptional opportunity to discover the riches of the Savoyard terroir. The menu, priced at €325 per person (excluding drinks), promises to be an in-depth exploration of this contemporary chef's cuisine.

This ephemeral table is a rare opportunity to discover the world of Emmanuel Renaut before the reopening of his restaurant, Flocons de Sel, next year. An unmissable event for gourmets, in the enchanting setting of Megève.

Practical information:

  • Flocons Village, 75 rue Saint François, 74120 Megève
  • Open Thursday to Monday, dinner only
  • 7-course menu: €325 per person (excluding drinks)
