Gourmet Restaurant Just a stone's throw from the bishop's palace, its museum and gardens, this "table des compagnons" enjoys a prime location in the heart of majestic religious architecture. With regularity and conviction, the chef, a member of the Toques Blanches du Limousin, makes a point of offering a low-price weekly menu where the choice varies from day to day; for a complete sequence at €18: pig's cheek salad, lardons and chestnuts, duck legolette à la bordelaise and roasted pineapple the other day. A performance (under the unifying slogan "the art of eating well accessible to all") and kindness in the service.
