Gourmet Restaurant A true institution and a permanent favorite for this convivial restaurant where the sea is king. The dockside setting might seem to reserve the place for the pros after the fish auction, but on the contrary, it's a popular spot where the whole town comes ashore at all hours. The slogan "from the boat to the plate" is not just an empty word, the merrymaking starts early in the morning (4:30 a.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays) and the offer is vast, with incoming fish and specialties, fish fritters, marinated lisettes, skate wing with melted butter, monkfish cheeks with mussels in chicken sauce... To put it simply, the boulonnaise plate as a starter brings together some of the best standards of the place, and the service is supercharged, efficient and always smiling and natural.
