Chef's Restaurant At the heart of a luxurious hotel complex, complete with spa and golf course, Didier Casaguana's table is the crowning glory of a gourmet experience. Located in a 16th-century château, the restaurant boasts a unique setting, with its glassed-in cellar and fine furnishings. The chef works around the product, which he develops in refined compositions: a saint-pierre de petit bateau, a starter based around oysters and caviar, a veal and beet combination... Professional service.
