Remarkable Restaurant It's a magnificent villa nestling on the Landes coast, offering the calm and voluptuousness of grand houses. Offering six rooms and a table designed by David Sulpice, the estate is as much a retreat from the world as it is a rendezvous with the region's terroir. The chef favors the sea and the farm, offering a carte blanche menu at €105, with remarkable technique. Excellent service.
