Chef's Restaurant In the historic center, at the bottom of a handsome stone building, a house of pleasure well run by Alexandre Goniak and his partner Géraldine in the dining room. The chef works with fine produce, delivering a compact, appetizing menu whose dishes live up to their promise: lean meat gravlax with a Japanese-style hazelnut vinaigrette, Basque suckling lamb with reduced cooking juices, carrots and tomato lingots, fresh baked strawberries, mascarpone cream and strawberry coulis with olive oil for an à la carte sequence of around €50. Good Bordeaux cellar.
