This rosé cuvée is designed around the pinots of Chigny Les Roses. The white wine is made from pinot noir and pinot meunier, the red wine from pinot noir. A style of rosé that's both intense and fleshy, with crisp acidity running through it. Intense, refreshing bubbles lead to a chiseled texture. Flavors of fresh raspberry, orange peel, pear and cherry are revealed. An invigorating finish that would balance slices of veal with tuna cream, parmesan and capers.
